Wearing a black lace Felder + Felder dress with a keyhole cut-out at the bust, Sarah seemed perfectly at ease thanks to the double-stick tape that was doing a bang-up job of securing her boobs!
Kudos to her for not accidentally flashing paps in a dress that has a high risk of malfunctioning.
