Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall may not be on great terms right now, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be there for each other in times of tragedy.
After the 61-year-old actress revealed that brother Christopher Cattrall was found dead in Canada, her Sex And The City peers took to the comment section of her Instagram post to express their condolences.

SJP sweetly noted:
“Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours and Godspeed to your beloved brother. Xx.”
Things between Parker and Cattrall have been tense ever since it was revealed that the third SATC flick was shelved and the latter was blamed for its demise. The Divorce star wasn’t the only colleague of Kim’s to comment, as Cynthia Nixon added:
“Hey Kim such awful news. So sorry to hear. Sending you love. XO.”
We’re sure Kim appreciates these gestures, and it certainly helps the message of female empowerment and strong female relationships that SatC is known for, but sadly we doubt it’s fixed her estrangement with her ex castmates.
Regardless, we’re thinking of Kim and her loved ones during this sad time.
