The Avengers starring Scarlett Johansson may be hitting theaters today, but that doesn’t mean ScarJo will be taking a break anytime soon!
Last month, we mentioned how the actress was in talks to star in Tennessee Williams’ Cat On A Hot Tin Roof on Broadway, and now, it seems it really IS happening!
In a recent interview, Scarlett revealed:
“I’m close to making a deal on it. I cannot wait absolutely to get to it. I’m exhilarated, I’m terrified, but I think in a good way.”
This would make ScarJo├óΓé¼Γäós second stint on the Broadway stage, following her 2010 debut in A View From The Bridge — which she won a Tony for!
Though no dates have been announced yet, there are still talks of Avengers co-star Jeremy Renner starring alongside her again!
We’d love to see them take on Broadway together!!!
