This sounds a little familiar…
Scarlett Johansson is reportedly set to star in the new sci-fi flick Under The Skin, based on the Michael Faber novel.
The film apparently centers on an alien – played by the actress – hiding on Earth in the form of the perfect woman, so she can successfully snack on human flesh!
Glen Basner, CEO of FilmNation, which is funding the project, says:
“We’re so very excited to be working on this arrestingly original movie. How could we pass up the chance to work with a visionary director like Jonathan, especially when combined with the intriguing notion of Scarlett Johansson as a ruthless alien seductress?”
Arrestingly original? Isn’t this the plot of Species? Or its sequels?
Whatevs! We love our ScarJo as a sexpot, but this project seems a little below her talents to us!
