Holly Scarfone is opening up about an ex who made it clear he wanted to see some plastic surgery alterations done on her…
In the latest episode of her Suite N’ Salty podcast, the 26-year-old, who you may recognize from season 3 of Too Hot to Handle, hinted that her old flame Scott Disick “pressured” her to undergo a few curve-enhancing procedures. Without specifically naming the Talentless founder out of fear of getting sued, she recalled her connection with an “older gentleman” a few years ago:
“I was pressured to get surgery … At the time I had never gotten anything done. I felt pretty secure in myself. I felt good in myself. But this older gentleman said to me he wanted me to get — I remember I sent him a Happy Easter [message] and he was like, ‘Oh, can we get that boob job you were talking about?’ and like, ‘Why don’t you just take some of that fat and throw it in the back? And we can just do it in one sitting because why would you want to do all of that down time? You can just recover from it all at once.’ “By the way, a BBL is one of the statistically most dangerous procedures to have.”
OMG! That’s so messed up! And likely so detrimental the young woman’s confidence and sense of self!
Holly jokingly referred to the “older gentleman” as “Rot Shnisick.” Elsewhere in the episode, she added:
“I have been silent about this for years. … I was really young when this happened and the whole thing was quite scary to me.”

Holly and Scott are rumored to have dated in 2022, as they were seen together at Nobu Malibu. The pair then embarked on a vacation to Paris, and continued to gas romance rumors by leaving flirtatious comments on one another’s Instagram posts.
