One of the biggest producers in hip-hop is being sued for $100,000 by aspiring singer Treena Ruberg because she claims he was too incapacitated by his drug addiction to produce her album!
Storch, who has worked with Justin Timberlake, Beyonce and Dr. Dre, among others, apparently agreed to produce Treena’s album for $45,000 in October 2011, with Treena fronting $30,000, initially.
Storch even admitted to Treena that he had previous issues with drug abuse, but that he was “cured” of his drug probs.
Hah! On opposite day, perhaps!
According to Treena, he:
“continued to have a drug addiction and other personal problems which rendered him incapable of producing any recordings.”
