Scott Wolf‘s restraining order has been granted — and he’s getting custody of his kids, too.
As we reported on Wednesday, the Party of Five alum filed for a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife Kelley Wolf amid the couple’s increasingly difficult divorce. Now that TRO has been granted by a Utah judge. And some of the judge’s comments in the decision are really, really unsettling.

Per TMZ, the judge noted this about Kelley in his decision to grant the restraining order to Scott:
“[Kelley has] engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat or immediate and irreparable harm.”
Oof.
FWIW, that is something which seems to at least broadly match up with our prior reporting on Kelley’s recent activities. But for a judge to declare it in a court of law… It’s really upsetting stuff, especially for the couple’s poor kids.
Speaking of which, the judge also granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of the couple’s three children — sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11 — to Scott.
Plus, until further notice, the magistrate ordered that the former Real World star “shall not have any parent-time or contact” with either her estranged husband or the kids. Wow.
The restraining order is temporary, as we’ve noted. It’s only set to remain in place until July 9 — that is, unless the judge decides to amend, extend, or alter it. The next hearing on the matter is scheduled for July 1, so an update could be coming next week. BTW, the outlet also said the restraining order itself is still under seal, as we noted in our initial report on Wednesday. So no more details to report on the document itself.
Ugh. What a tough situation all around. Hoping whatever Kelley is going through she can figure it out…
