Fans think Selena Gomez is getting ready to call out Justin Bieber on her new album!
The pop star is set to release her new album, I Said I Loved You First, with her husband-to-be Benny Blanco later this month. On Tuesday, she “leaked” the track list on Instagram — revealing the 11th song is titled You Said You Were Sorry. Yeah, fans dialed onto that one real quick!

Many speculated that this could be the actress’ reply to her ex-boyfriend’s 2015 hit Sorry, which is all about apologizing to a lover and long believed to be about the Wizards of Waverly Place star, who he dated on and off from 2010 to 2018 (when he married Hailey Bieber).
The similar title now has fans thinking the Who Says singer — who has seemingly referenced their breakup in music in the past — is ready to do it again, commenting on social media:
“Is You Said You Were Sorry about Justin??”
“I can’t help but think ‘You Said You Were Sorry’ is gonna be a reply to Justin’s ‘Sorry'”
“OH MYY GODD”
By the way, others think Younger and Hotter than Me might be a reference to Hailey, considering some of the lyrics mention Sel’s BF moving on to “younger” girlfriends. Given all their continued animosity over the years, anything’s possible! JB already seems upset over this new record — just imagine how he’s gonna feel if any of these songs do turn out to be about him and his wife?!
But then again, this album was created with her fiancé and seems to have a lot to do with their romance. Would Selly G really want to dredge up the past again?? We’ll have to wait and see…
