It hasn’t even been a day since Donald Trump was declared the next President, and America is starting to feel voter’s remorse.
Hillary Clinton supporters are already fearful for what will come out of a dangerous, unpredictable Trump White House — but the business mogul’s backers were just as scared about the Democratic nominee’s potential victory.
Since this historic election forced voters to choose between the two least popular candidates in history, many people didn’t give a sh*t who ended up winning at all!

However, there were others who were hoping for the presidential race to go in a completely different direction… specifically, One Direction under President Harry Styles!
That’s right. Photos of ballots have been circulating Twitter with voters writing in names of celebs like the former 1D singer, Selena Gomez, and even Harambe — the Gorilla who was tragically shot dead at the Cincinnati Zoo earlier this year.
These surprise nominees came from those who took advantage of the “write-in” section of their ballot, which allows the voter to add any name as their vote for President.
And those who weren’t fans of either Drumpf or HRC were quick to pledge their allegiance to their favorite pop stars (or deceased zoo animals):

Harambe had 11,000 votes.

Of course, write-in votes only count if the candidate filled out the required paperwork before the election… so we unfortunately never had a shot at being ruled under Madame President Gomez.
But after the presidential race turned out the way it did, being ruled by any of those write-ins doesn’t seem so bad, does it??
