Breaking up is ALWAYS hard to do!
But unlike the rest of us, Selena Gomez can’t just strap on some sweatpants, drown her sorrows in ice cream and disappear for a month!
She’s a pop star, damn it! And pop stars need to stay in the spotlight if they want to stay on top of the charts!
Still, celebs have feelings TOO and now Selena is admitting just how hard her breakup with Justin Bieber was on her.
The proof is in the pictures! She explained:
“I’m sure you could actually see those pictures of me being, like, way stressed out about it. And it’s hard, because what do you do? Do you just wanna sit in your house and hide and not go anywhere?”
At just 20 years old, Selena has now grown up before our eyes to become one of the most famous young talents around. But would she ever date another guy with a career as big as Bieber’s? Selena said:
“Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can’t help who you date. So I wouldn’t swear off that or say that’s what I want again. I don’t know. I’m a kid, and a breakup is normal. I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I’m doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he’s doing very well too.”
OK, there are women TWICE her age that aren’t as mature as Selena! You ROCK girl! That’s the attitude you’ve gotta have in a time like this.
Speaking of mature, Selena may finally be ready to leave the nest and buy a home of her own! She talked about her plans to settle down in her own digs, saying:
“Yeah, you know I think it’s time. I didn’t ever wanna be forceful to saying, ‘OK, I’ve made enough to get my own house and OK, let’s blow it off and do whatever.’ I just love being with my family and I love knowing that they’re there. But yeah, I think it’s probably time for me to get my own house.”
Aww! Your fam will ALWAYS be there for you Selena! And so will we!
