We’re actually somewhat surprised it took this long for him to do! Well, maybe he’s just been busy! (Three hit shows is a lot of handle!)
Universal Pictures is backing the first full length feature venture of Family Guy creator, Seth MacFarlane. His movie, called Ted, centers around a young Boston boy who wishes his teddy bear would come to life. Years later, as a man whose childhood wish actually did come true, he has to learn to be a man while he has a walking, talking “carousing, irresponsible slacker” teddy bear bossing him around.
The Boston lead will be played by, who else, Mark Wahlberg, while Seth will provide the voice for the bear. The script was written by Seth and his merry men behind Family Guy and is so beyond what they’ve done on TV, it’s garnered itself an R-rating!
