Amazing!
Shakira is the latest act confirmed for the Glastonbury Festival this summer in the UK, taking the slot before Scissor Sisters and headlining act Muse.
“Shakira is not only an amazing pop star, but also socially and politically forward thinking,” says festival organizer Emily Eavis. “She’s working incredibly hard for good causes around the world.”
She’ll be joining Stevie Wonder, U2, Dizzee Rascal, Hot Chip, Vampire Weekend, Mos Def, Florence and the Machine, Snoop Dogg and N-Dubz at the festival.
