Normally we love Shakira‘s sense of style, but normally she rocks fierce little numbers.
She graced the red carpet of the MTV Europe Music Awards in this sparkly ensemble, but we’re underwhelmed. Kinda boring. We love the shoes and we like the hair but we think the dress is sorta lackluster.
She looks like she’s dressed for prom!
