Shannen Doherty’s divorce is FINALLY coming to an end.
Nearly two years after her death, the Charmed actress’ nightmare divorce from ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko is finally being settled. In docs filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and seen by People on Friday, Kurt has officially agreed to award Shannen’s estate “one-half the equity” of their Dripping Springs, Texas property. He’s also agreed to return several of the Beverly Hills, 90210 star’s belongings, including a coffee table and couch. Kurt must also “produce an inventory of his photographic works” that depict Shannen, and wire $25,000 to her estate for her interest in a Mooney M-20 airplane.

As for what Shannen’s estate agreed to, trustee Christopher Cortazzo agreed to hand over Kurt’s guitars, equipment, and restored Garard stereo record player.
As we’ve been following, Shannen signed the divorce settlement on July 12, 2024, just one day before her passing. Kurt signed it a day later on July 13, but Shannen’s attorneys and trustee argued Kurt failed to meet several “monetary obligations” stipulated in the settlement — including selling their $1.5 million Texas home and dividing the “net proceeds with [her] estate” as he reportedly “refused to list” the property.
The settlement also stipulated that Kurt would buy out Shannen’s share of the airplane for $100,000 and pay the lump sum to her estate within five days of the sale, but her team argued he “unilaterally withheld $50,274” after the August 2024 sale, making it “15 months delinquent.”
The photographer ALSO allegedly refused to produce an inventory of his photos of Shannen by September 1, 2024, making them “14 months delinquent.” In January, Kurt attempted to dispute the settlement. So, it got really messy there for a hot sec!
We’re glad to see things get wrapped up. It’s about time! Now, they can all move forward and Shannen’s family can focus their attention on continuing to mourn her rather than having to fight this legal battle.
What are your reactions to this settlement FINALLY being agreed on?? Let us know in the comments down below.
