Sharon Osbourne was spotted with her lovable pomeranian Mr. Chips leaving the very same Manhattan hotel we saw them leave only a day or two ago!

Different day – same adorableness!

This time we got to see Mr. Chips up close and personal, and we’ve got to say that we love what we see!

No wonder Sharon carries this pup anywhere and everywhere – who’d want to be away from such a precious little one even for a second?!

We know we wouldn’t!!!
