VERY Graphic New Allegations Revealed In Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Against Shaun White!

UPDATE 4:34 P.M. EST: Shaun White has responded to the sexual harassment lawsuit in a statement given by his attorney Kerry Garvis Wright:

“Many years ago, I exchanged texts with a friend who is now using them to craft a bogus lawsuit. There is absolutely no coincidence to the timing of her claims, and we will defend them vigorously in court.”

Wow!

Shaun White may be busy hanging out in Rio for the Olympics, but in the meantime, more details from his sexual harassment lawsuit are coming out.
ICYMI: the pro athlete/artist was sued by his former Bad Things bandmate Lena Zawaideh for $42,000 in back payments, as well as punitive damages for “inappropriate and sexually harassing and suggestive comments” made in the time she was a member in their band.
It was reported the star had previously told her to cut her hair and wear more revealing outfits.

Well on Tuesday, TMZ revealed the shocking and very graphic alleged details from the drummer’s new court docs.
For one, the musician claims the Olympian sent her pictures of “engorged and erect penises” and also made her watch videos of a sexually disturbing nature “including videos sexualizing human fecal matter.”
Lena recalled being forced to watch a porn film titled Church of Fudge “involving a priest, a nun and fecal matter,” as well as another clip of a couple killing a bear to then have sex on top of it.
Wow.
She also goes on to claim Shaun had once put his hands down his pants and then “stuck his hands in her face trying to make her smell them,” as well as reveal an advance the 29-year-old made at a 2010 Halloween party. According to her, he attempted to kiss her on the mouth, but she rejected him.
On top of all of her claims, Lena also provided revealing texts she alleges are from the famed snowboarder, which you can see HERE.
It will be interesting to see if S.W. responds to her allegations, especially as she’s issued her own statement on the serious matter:

“I am pursuing this case because women should not have to tolerate harassment at work. Shaun White should not be allowed to do whatever he wants just because he is famous. Although I am embarrassed to have been treated this way, I cannot sit by and watch him do this to other women.”
