When we heard that Sherri Shepherd and her hubs Lamar Sally were splitting, we thought PHEW! At least there are no kids involved.
It turns out there is: an UNBORN child! And Lamar wants it!
Reportedly, the couple are having baybay Lamar Sally Jr. via surrogate, and Lamar already filed the docs to have sole custody when the child is born around the July 28th due-date.
Sherri would only get visitation rights, and if Lamar gets his way, she can’t legally prevent him from taking the their son home either.
And things get even nastier if you can believe it!
Lamar wants their prenup invalidated because of fraud, and he wants spousal support.
Whatever is going on behind those closed doors sounds icky! And really, really heartbreaking!
