Shia LaBeouf Arrested On Suspicion Of Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness, And Other Charges

no title
UPDATE, 3:15 p.m. ET: Now, we know a little more about what went down.
Per TMZ, police say that Shia approached someone for a cigarette early Sunday morning, and when the person said no, Shia apparently started swearing in front of women and children.
From there, he was told to leave, but refused — and became aggressive towards a nearby officer.
Then, when the cop tried to arrest him on the spot, Shia ran to a nearby hotel (!) where he was arrested in the lobby.
Yikes…
But at least we do now know he was released from jail at approximately 11:00 a.m. ET — on a $3,500 bond, half of what was originally reported.

Never a good look on a Saturday morning…
Shia LaBeouf has been arrested on charges including suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public drunkenness, according to public records in Chatham County, Georgia.

The 31-year-old actor was booked into jail after 4:00 a.m. Saturday morning on the plethora of charges in Savannah, Georgia.
As far as legal troubles go, it’s relatively minor — his bond has been set at $7,000 and all the charges are misdemeanors — but bizarrely, according to THR, LaBeouf is still in law enforcement custody now hours after his arrest and the decision on bond.
Bizarre for a public figure like him — you’d expect that he’d be out as soon as possible with the means and connections to make that happen.

No details have been given about what exactly led to the arrest, either, and while you may be able to infer some of it from his charges, there’s still mystery shrouding exactly what went down in Savannah last night and this morning.
We’ll have more as soon as we know it.
