A beer a day keeps the hangover at bay!
Or something like that.
We’re not entirely sure why Aaron Semmel decided to shotgun a beer every day, but we think it’s HIGHlarious that he did (provided he drinks responsibly, of course).
The L.A. native decided to chronicle his journey on Instagram starting back in June of last year, announcing that he was going to down a brewski every day for the next 365 of them!

His most recent upload, however, makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
In honor of Mother’s Day, Aaron featured his own mom on his shotgunabeereveryday account! He skyped her in to chug a beer right along with him!
