Despite the fact that Simon Cowell may have been duped into becoming a father, there’s one person who thinks he’ll be great at it.
His mother!
87-year-old Julie Cowell was asked about her possible grandchild, and said:
“I’ve not heard anything officially. But if it’s true then I’m absolutely delighted. It’s wonderful! He’ll make a fantastic father. He’ll be great.”
So, all of you reporters who felt bad about not getting a statement from Simon after the Wednesday taping of X Factor, don’t worry because he hasn’t talked to his mama either.
A source previously said that Simon will want to be a part of the baby’s life, which only worries us because he loves smoking and drinking so much.
Maybe Julie can convince him to quit.
