Simon Cowell Has Big Plans For 2012 After So-So 2011

After the shellacking he took in the ratings in all his shows, Simon Cowell is planning a big overhaul for 2012.
Simon says he was humbled and that he was “smug and cocky” regarding his shows last year.
For a quick recap, X Factor UK and Britain’s Got Talent ratings tanked, Red or Black did poorly and X Factor US failed to reach 20 million viewers.
But the reality competition guru isn’t worried. Simon will be returning to BGT and has stolen one of his competitors’ judges, Aiesha Dixon, which he says was a tactic he enjoyed:

We do what it takes. It’s a game ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ meant to be in good spirit, not supposed to be dirty tricks. We all begrudgingly shake hands when we see each other. You don’t do anything for second place.
But the Alesha thing was kind of fun. My decision to poach her was 70-30 on the fact she was on Strictly and the fact I liked her.

Unfortunately, he says his return to BGT was because the judging panel last year was terrible.
So this means…The Hoff is gone…
Simon has also committed to the US X Factor but he left open the option of appearing on the UK version as well.
What other changes does he have up his sleeve?
Looks like Simon has declared war on other reality competition shows!
