New York City is the snobbiest place in all of America!
But don’t just take our word for it, Travel + Leisure put together a definitive list of the 20 snobbiest cities in the country, and NYC just happens to take the cake.

We hate to say it, but we’re not surprised by many of these!
In fact, Charleston’s inclusion on the list is the only surprise out of the entire bunch.
To figure out which cities made the Top 20, the travel mag analyzed 38 metropolitan areas in a ton of nose-raising fields, including cleanliness, number of wine bars, recycling habits, intelligence, and even coffee quality.
Also, we’d just like to point out that the Top 4 snobbiest cities each represent a season (or two) of Real Housewives!
