Miley Cyrus and Snoop Lion come from totally different worlds, but it’s not where you come from that matters!
Eyebrows were raised when the 20-year-old Tennessee starlet joined forces to make a record the 41-year-old rapper from Long Beach, but Ashtrays & Heartbreaks was a surprising hit!
The secret to their successes, according to Snoop Lion, wasn’t luck or marketing, it was hard friggin’ work!
Miley calls herself a party animal and the Gin & Juice rapper agrees, but he also swears there is more to her than that.
He admitted:
“Wow. Miley Cyrus, working with her was awesome. She was somebody who fit the record, she had the right energy, the right spirit, the right soul and it’s just the right tone right now….You have to party hearty, but at the same time you have to be a workaholic if you want to stay on top and maintain.”
And Snoop should know, he’s been at the top for decades!!
He isn’t sure how or why it happened, but the musician is totally grateful fate brought them together.
He continued:
“Whatever she’s going through, whatever we’re going through, it’s the same message, so it was the perfect combination. Like I said, when I start working on records I never know who’s going to be a part of it until it’s done, and it just so happened that fate brought me and her together.”
So will they collaborate together in the future?!
