Sophie Turner‘s personal life skyrocketed into the public eye once she started dating Joe Jonas — that’s just the name of the game!
Though the Game Of Thrones star prefers to “keep things pretty private,” the 21-year-old admits being in a relationship with another famous person has its benefits.

In a new interview with InStyle, the starlet dished that there’s a certain understanding when both people are in the spotlight:
“I found it easier to date someone who understands the industry or is in that world. You realize that you’re not going to see each other all the time. And you don’t feel like a jerk when you’re like, ├óΓé¼╦£My publicist says I can’t do this ├óΓé¼┬ª ‘”
That totally makes sense!
Someone else with whom the U.K. native navigates fame with is her GOT sister, Maisie Williams. Of the ladies’ special bond, Sophie shared:
“To have someone who understands what you’re going through├óΓé¼┬ªthat is so rare. And we’ve had the same struggles in terms of dealing with body image and puberty and growing up in the public eye. But I found my strength in her, and I think she found her strength in me.”
