We wouldn’t think Soulja Boy to be the most considerate tenant, but we thought he would at least have enough money to hire someone to bring in his rent check every month!
The rapper has set up shop in a luxury apartment in El Lay, and with no more than a few months of residence, he has already become the low-life of the building. Other tenants accuse him of being the neighbor from hell, claiming that he “being too loud” and “over-crowding his building.”
But that isn’t even the worse part: he has bills that need paying!!! He owes the complex nearly $10,000 in unpaid bills. He hasn’t even been there a year!!!
A letter sent out to Soulja listed the managers and his neighbors grievances with the rapper, stating:
“We have received complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway and Observation Deck. This is a direct violation of your Lease Agreement…Additionally, we were notified that you had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25th. This is a violation of your lease … which states, ‘You may have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.'”
Bad boy, Soulja!
We’d pay up if we were you. Ask any celeb that is in the red right now (and there are quite a few) and they’ll tell you the same thing. You don’t want to live in, dare we say it, a NON-luxury apartment!
