Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis isn’t holding back in her ongoing child custody battle with ex Thomas Ravenel!
The South Carolina reality TV stars are going at it in in court right now over who’s to gain primary custody of their two children, and Dennis is pointing out the past to make sure Ravenel doesn’t prevail.

In court docs first obtained by The Blast on Monday, the 27-year-old reality personality (above, left, next to Ravenel) directly references Ravenel’s sexual assault allegations as proof that the 56-year-old disgraced politician is unfit to parent their children.
And while Ravenel had first been evaluated as a mentally fit parent by a court-appointed doctor in 2017, Dennis’ lawyers have an argument for that, too (below):
“The Plaintiff is informed and believes that [the doctor] was not aware of the facts surrounding the allegations [of sexual assault against Ravenel].”
Interesting… so Dennis’ legal team may want a new doctor to evaluate him again?!
Regardless, the sexual assault allegations — which first popped up back in May, and date to an incident as far back as October 2015 — are dogging Ravenel once again, and it further proves Dennis is SERIOUS about obtaining primary custody.
And while Ravenel himself will not be returning to Southern Charm for season six, he will be returning to court, where that second-degree sexual assault case will soon head to trial, in addition to this increasingly-vicious custody battle.
Yikes!!
