This is so, so sad… not to mention SCARY!
As we previously reported, multiple stabbings left a Texas community shaken Tuesday morning, and now we have updates.
15 people have reportedly been injured due to an apparent stabbing spree at Lone Star College’s CyFair campus in Houston, Texas.
4 individuals were transported to a local hospital via helicopter (above) because their wounds were serious enough to require immediate attention.
Harris County sheriff’s spokesman Alan Bernstein said that not all those hurt were stabbed; some could have been wounded while attempting to escape or find shelter.
Bernstein also stated:
“I do believe the confrontation was limited to a few (classrooms) or just one classroom — not anybody roaming around and getting into a large number of areas.”
The suspect — who is now believed to have been working alone — is now detained somewhere on campus, but the motive behind the attacks remains unclear.
