Stan Lee Sued!

Yikes!
Stan Lee, creator of legendary comic book heroes like Spider-Man, the Hulk and others, has been sued by toy manufacturing company Super 7!
Lee recently penned a new comic book entitled Stan Lee’s Super Seven which incorporated himself in the story along with a spaceship of aliens he finds in the desert.
But Super 7 is complaining that they own the trademark and filed against Lee in court citing trademark infringement and unfair competition.
Not good — can’t Stan just come up with a different “S” adjective?
