During her Paris fashion show, designer Stella McCartney brought in The Punchbowl Band to perform while her collection paraded down the runway.
The band, which is signed to Guy Ritchie‘s Punchbowl Records, was such a hit with the crowd that Stella’s bringing them back for next season.
A source says:
“They were surprised to be asked considering the Guy connection and because Stella is such good friends with Madonna. But Stella thinks they are a great fit for her brand and didn’t want to let her friendship with Madonna get in the way of having the best possible music for the show.”
When they’re not performing on the runway, the Irish folk group plays at Ritchie’s London pub The Punchbowl.

But Stella isn’t the only celeb that likes the band. Justin Timberlake has performed with them and said “jamming with the guys was the best fun I have ever had without a woman.”
Considering he’s dating Jessica Biel, that shouldn’t be hard to do.
