Stephen Baldwin, #2981 of the Baldwin Brothers, has been arrested in NY for a REPEATED failure to file personal income tax returns! Check it out: he didn’t file returns for the years 2008, 2009, and 2010, owes NY state more than $350,000 in back taxes, and all of this is considered a felony!
Here’s what the D.A. said:
“At a time when Rockland County and New York State face severe fiscal shortfalls, we cannot afford to allow wealthy residents to break the law by cheating on their taxes. The defendant├óΓé¼Γäós repetitive failure to file returns and pay taxes over a period of several years contributes to the sweeping cutbacks and closures in local government and in our schools.├óΓé¼┬¥

Celebs SHOULDN’T be getting breaks when they break the law!
If he’s convicted, he could spend 4 years in jail. Or, in other words, be sent to a resort in Cabo because of overcowding and never feel what a real jail is like. Ha!
