Steve Aoki is being sued!
A concertgoer claims the DJ broke her neck at his San Diego show in 2012.
In an elaborate stage-diving stunt, Steve launched an inflatable raft into the audience and then jumped on top of it to surf the crowd.
Brittany Hickman says the raft landed right on top of her, trapping her underneath. She claims that when Steve jumped on the raft, he broke her neck AND her ankle.

She first filed the suit in 2013, but now it’s making its way to court in San Diego.
This isn’t the only time a fan has been injured at one of Steve’s concerts.
Eight concertgoers from his recent downtown LA festival were hurt after a fan pulled down a mic stand.
