Comedian Attacked With Mic Stand By Crazed Fan -- Video & Details HERE

This is no laughing matter!
On Sunday, comedian Steve Brown (pictured above, insert) performed at The Comedy House in Columbia, South Carolina where a crazed fan, later identified as Marvin, got up on stage and started attacking the funny man with a mic stand AND stool!

30 seconds into the attack, audience members intervened and broke up the fight. Although the suspect was taken outside, he eventually came back in, and caused even more drama!

According to TMZ, the Richland County Sheriff’s Dept. has opened an investigation, but have yet to arrest any individuals.
In addition to the comic, four other people were allegedly hurt in the melee, including a security guard who allegedly got punched by Marvin as he escaped in a car.
The assailant — supposedly under the influence of alcohol — allegedly caused $400 in damages, as he broke the mic stand, dishes, and glassware.
After the shocking incident, Brown shared a graphic pic on Instagram of his injuries from the scuffle.


He also posted a video where he demands comedy clubs do a better job of protecting performers with more security. WATCH (below):
