The day that Steve Jobs passed was a sad day for a lot of the world. People didn’t really have a perfect outlet for their grief and thanks for such an important part of the modern world.
So Apple set up an email — [email protected] — and let the community know that if they wanted to pay their respects, they could do so there. We showed you that yesterday. And now, they’re proudly displaying over a million messages from all over the world.
It says at the top:
“Over a million people from all over the world have shared their memories, thoughts, and feelings about Steve. One thing they all have in common ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ from personal friends to colleagues to owners of Apple products ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ is how they├óΓé¼Γäóve been touched by his passion and creativity.
