Stormy Daniels is speaking out about the Donald Trump indictment and her involvement in the legal case leading up to it.
The adult film star sat down with Piers Morgan for a 90-minute long one-on-one interview that was released on Thursday, and they talked all about the disgraced former President of the United States.

Of course, the 44-year-old porn star is the one who Trump allegedly paid $130,000 in hush money to way back during the 2016 presidential election. That money, which was supposedly taken illegally from campaign contributions, was meant to keep Stormy quiet regarding an alleged 2006 affair the pair had just after Melania Trump gave birth to the couple’s son Barron.
Last month, the former Apprentice star was indicted in the long-simmering case. Then, earlier this week, he was officially charged with 34 felony counts relating to it in a New York courtroom. And now, Daniels is ready to give her side of the story!
In a long interview with the former CNN news personality, Stormy interestingly said she did not think Trump’s crimes here should rise to the severity of a jail sentence:
“Specific to my case, I don’t think that his crimes against me are worthy of incarceration.”
Wow!
As Stormy pointed out, this reported hush money move isn’t the worst allegation by far against Trump. He is currently also being investigated for mishandling government documents during his time in the White House, and for allegedly trying to interfere with the 2020 presidential election down in Georgia.
In those instance, Daniels told Piers, Trump may be better suited for prison if he’s ever brought to trial and found guilty:
“I feel like the other things that he has done, if he is found guilty, absolutely.”
For Stormy, even if jail time may not be a rightful end, it all comes down to a matter of principle.
The adult entertainer explained the importance of setting a precedent in the case:
“If you continue to do this you are setting a precedent where people think that they won’t be held accountable and I’m afraid there are gong to be a lot of people hurt.”
And she continued:
“[It could] open the door for other people to think they can get away with doing that and worse.”
Of course, Stormy may end up having to take the stand in the trial against The Donald. And when Piers asked if she was preparing to testify, Daniels said she has “nothing to hide.”
She added:
“Any time you’re up in the public eye it’s scary. I mean, I used to get scared giving an oral book report in school, so it’s daunting, but I look forward to it. I have nothing to hide. I’m the only one that has been telling the truth. … You can’t shame me even more. I feel like if they don’t, it paints the picture that they know something about me that makes me you know, untrustworthy, or not reliable. I think having them call me in and put me on the stand legitimizes my story and who I am.”
This ordeal has been far from easy for the porn performer. As she noted during the sit-down, time dealing with the Trump case has meant quality time “lost” with her daughter.
The public figure lamented that trade-off:
“That’s the one thing that was taken from me that can never be given back. That was time lost with my daughter. I get really upset about it. That’s what affects me the most. I’ll get emotional and cry.”
Stormy then added:
“She didn’t ask for this. There are things that I missed because for a long time the only way to keep her safe was to be advertised as being somewhere else. I stayed away a lot to protect her, and it worked.”
Ugh.
There are other major difficulties that have popped up throughout this sticky legal situation, too. For one, Stormy has had to deal with increasingly unhinged threats and nasty messages on social media from Trump’s loyal supporters.

Admitting how she now wishes she’d “never met” the former reality TV star-turned-President, Daniels explained:
“They [the messages] would always be from an account somebody created just to do that with no followers, hidden. Now it’s different, the tone is different. And they are way more specific and graphic. They seem to be more serious in a way.”
And she continued:
“They’re not hiding — these people are using their phone numbers, and their actual emails and their actual Twitter accounts — which then makes it worse because they actually have followers. They genuinely feel they are doing something right. It makes you become paranoid.”
That’s honestly the scariest part: unpredictable people becoming emboldened to do God-knows-what after blindly following a person they believe to be infallible. Cult-like…
