Study Shows Video Games Can Lead To Anxiety, Depression

The American Academy of Pediatrics published a study yesterday where they found that playing video games excessively leads to depression, anxiety, and poor grades.
The study followed more than 3,000 elementary- and middle-school kids for two years. They found that only 9% of the children could be considered pathological gamers, and they obviously suffered some consequences.
Gaming can be fun, but only in moderation!
