Sued - for $400 BILLION!!!!!

Jon Bon Jovi is getting a lot of media attention these days. But maybe not for the best reasons.

Recently, Bon Jovi spoke out about John McCain‘s camp using a song of his, along with music from other artists, without his consent.

Bon Jovi made it a point to clarify that he in no way endorses McCain or Sarah Palin, even though his music was played at their events.

However, this time around Bon Jovi is the one being targeted.

Samuel Bartley Steele, a songwriter in Boston, has decided to sue Bon Jovi.

The reason?

Apparently Steele claims that Bon Jovi stole the lyrics and chorus to his song (Man I Really) Love This Team and used them in his hit I Love This Town.

So in a federal lawsuit filed this week by Steele, he’s suing the musician for $400 billion dollars!!!!

Someone’s a bit delusional.

The 37 year-old Steele said in a recent interview, “I know I’m the little fish and they’re the big fish, but they fucked with the wrong piranha.”

Steele is the frontman for some small band in Boston and claims that Bon Jovi either received a copy of his song or heard his band singing it outside Fenway Park back in 2004 when Bon Jovi was campaigning for John Kerry.

So why did he wait this long to sue?

Looks like someone is just out for some money. Or the publicist!

But, Steele insists, “I know that I’m right. I want credit, acknowledgment and an apology.”

Yea, and $400 Billion to go with that as well!
