You may not have realized it, but daytime soap opera star Susan Lucci is quite the HSN businesswoman.
In 2000, Lucci launched jewelry and fragrance collections with HSN, and since then the line has grown to include skin care, fitness, fashion, accessories, and a line of Pilates DVDs called Malibu Pilates, which have sold over 44,000 since the debut just over a year ago.
Now, Lucci is broadening her HSN empire even further with a new line of Fila fitness apparel designed to work with the Malibu Pilates DVDs.
Lucci said,
“Working with Fila was a natural outgrowth of my Malibu Pilates program. Women want to get in the best shape of their lives while looking good, so I was happy to work with Fila on this collection. Bringing this line of clothing to the HSN audience allows us to bring beautiful quality in performance apparel at an affordable price. [The apparel} is soft to the touch and comfortable on the body. It’s nice and attractive, so you can wear it outside the gym while running errands. The colors are great and the fit is flattering. You want to feel good while working out, and this collection does just that.”
The collection, which ranges from $33 to $49.90, will make its debut at 9:00am on Wednesday.
