Sylvester Stallone has been added to the long list of A-listers who’ve been accused of sexual misconduct.
Reportedly, the Rocky star was accused of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl back when he was filming a movie in Las Vegas in the late ’80s. This shocking accusation has come to light thanks to a police report obtained by DailyMail.com.

It’s said the industry vet was 40-years-old when a teenage female revealed to the Vegas police department that Stallone had “intimated” her into having sex with him and his bodyguard Michael “Mike” De Luca. Per the woman’s accusation, the incident took place at the former Las Vegas Hilton hotel in July 1986.
In the report, the teenager claims she had sex with Syl and that he encouraged his body man to join them. Despite feeling “very uncomfortable” with the situation, the young woman stayed as she felt she had “no choice.”
De Luca then allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex on him before he moved on to penetrating her. While De Luca had sex with the teen, it’s said Stallone received oral sex from the young woman. To make matters worse, after the incident, Stallone allegedly threatened the teen that “they would have to beat her head in” if she told anyone about their encounter.
Ultimately, the woman chose not to press charges as she was “humiliated and ashamed,” on top of being “scared.” Retired detective sergeant John Samolovitch, who ran the sexual assault unit at the time, confirmed that “the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report.”

Man, oh man. Although Stallone is still alive, De Luca died back in 2013 after he was shot by California police during a traffic stop.
Sylvester reportedly met the 16-year-old while he was at the Hilton filming the film, Over the Top, and she was there on a family vacation. Apparently, she was introduced to the movie star after she met Stallone’s on-screen son, David Mendenhall, at the hotel’s arcade. Upon learning the girl was only a teenager, Syl allegedly asked “how she got such a build.”
Ew. Later on, the youngster stopped by the film set, in the hopes of getting an autograph for a friend. During this visit, it’s said De Luca asked the teen what she’d do if Stallone’s propositioned her. At the time, the girl quipped that she “would probably make a pass back at him.”
De Luca then handed her two keys to a hotel room and told her to head up to the 27th floor “as soon as possible.” According to the police report, the teen was very emotional as she recounted the sexual incident to the authorities. They specified:
“She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do.”
Following her decision not to press charges, the unnamed victim signed a no prosecution form and the investigation was dropped. The cops did take away Mike’s concealed weapon permit.
This bombshell allegation came only a year before Stallone’s half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti accused the actor in a lawsuit of rape and assault. The superstar vehemently denied the claims, but eventually settled to pay Filiti $2 million, as well as, $16,666 a month for the rest of her life. Toni-Ann, who was a known drug addict, died in 2012 after a lung cancer battle.
