We guess good help is hard to find these days – even if they have a good recommendation from one of the Real Housewives!
Sylvester Stallone has pressed charges against a man named Mohamed Hadid, for allegedly making $1.4 million off the actor for what ultimately was a “shameful” re-modeling job of his home!
According to the lawsuit filed by Marty Singer, Stallone hired Hadid to work on his mansion upon the good word of none other than Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmember Lisa Vanderpump in 2009. However, the end result left much to be desired!
Apparently, the actor was charged more than $10,000 by Hadid for “high quality wooden kitchen island,” but instead was built a “cheap wood veneer/plywood product that is defective and virtually worthless,” as well as “inexpensive, damaged deteriorating and uneven cabinetry and malfunctioning appliances!”
Furthermore, the lawsuit reads:
“Far from the top quality job promised, Hadid’s work was riddled with defects, abysmal quality and poor workmanship. If you want to hire an incompetent con man to do construction, then Mohamed Hadid is your man.”
Yeesh! Those are some pretty serious fighting words!
But certainly warranted, if the craftsmanship was as atrocious as the lawsuit makes it to out to be!
We certainly hope he did a much better job for which whatever Lisa hired him!
She might want to think before she refers a friend to another next time!
