It’s been little more than a day since Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau said ‘I do’, but it appears there’s already some trouble in paradise…
Despite kicking off their married life together with a huge party in Las Vegas over the weekend, the real world has bounced the couple quickly back to earth. And now, a “family emergency” back home is preventing Tana from heading out to Europe for their honeymoon together. Oh no!

Mongeau herself announced the news on Twitter Monday, explaining what was going on — and why she couldn’t join Jake in Europe right away — in a series of tweets (below):
family emergency…. i’m gonna meet him there the second i can. so excited to decompress from the past few months of chaos & celebrate US with no one around.. thank u guys for all the ridiculous amounts of love & support. we fucking love u. pictures and stuff soon but right now

example i can be for all of you. thank you for everything u guys. u are truly my family. ❤️

Interesting… obviously, she’s pretty vague about what the “family emergency” could be, but if it’s serious enough to keep her from the European trip, there may actually be something untoward.
As far as the emergency itself goes, we can only hope things turn out well! Sure, we’re super skeptical about the supposed wedding, but nobody wants to see Tana (or her family) go through anything truly difficult or unfortunate. Sending good thoughts and all our emotional support!!!

Meanwhile, Jake — and his older brother, Logan Paul — were already on their way to London as of Monday night, and should be out and about in the city on Tuesday morning. Though Tana may not be around yet to celebrate the actual wedding and living in married bliss, it sounds like Jake and Logan are gonna do their thing in the city alone, which is terrifying to think about…
What’s Up With Logan?!
Hey, speaking of Logan, can we talk about how negative he is about his brother’s newfound love?!
Logan hasn’t been shy about suggesting this entire thing is a fraud, first off. Then, the elder Paul bro told Barstool Sports days before the wedding that he expected the marriage to fail. Not exactly the most ringing endorsement for his bro and future sister-in-law. And then again, when BuzzFeed News caught up with him after the wedding itself, Logan went and said this (below):

Dude, seriously?!
We’re not saying you’re wrong, necessarily… and we know you have your whole “rivalry” thing going with your little bro… but maybe show a little more support, at least out in public?!?!
Refunds! Get Your Refunds!
Were you one of the 66,000 people that paid $50-75 to watch the livestream of Jake & Tana’s wedding???
No, seriously: 66,000 people put down good money to watch that s**t, which means Jake & Tana walked away with somewhere in the neighborhood of $4 MILLION just by livestreaming their nuptials, which included that bizarre likely staged fight. But not only was the ceremony very late (and very short), there were also major technical issues with the livestream itself up on Halogen TV, and now, fans are asking for (and getting) their money back.
According to TMZ, both Apple and Google Play are paying back customers who purchased the Halogen app and bought the stream through their respective app stores. It’s unclear whether Halogen is compensating Apple and Google for the refunds, in turn, but evidently there have been enough issues here to force the two tech giants to at least do something for customers.

A rep for Halogen tried to downplay their role in the stream issues, telling the outlet (below):
“Many high-profile creators use Halogen to broadcast their live events. Sometimes onsite technical issues with third-party production providers used by creators can cause fans to experience issues while viewing streams.”
Uh-huh.
Point is: if you downloaded the app and bought the livestream via Apple or Google Play, go ask for your refund NOW. It’ll still end up being a hell of a payday for Jake and Tana, but at least some of y’all won’t get hit quite as hard when your credit card statement comes in next month… just sayin’!!!
Anyways, now that you’ve had a full day and then some to process it, what do you think of this wedding, Perezcious readers?! Real or fake?? BTW, still no records of any marriage licenses being filed under Jake and Tana’s names in El Lay, or in Clark County, Nevada… does that seal the deal for you, or what?!
