The actress was beaming at the launch of her Starlooks Pro Cosmetics makeup line in Downey, California on Sunday, and it didn’t hurt that she was dressed to stand out.

A pale yellow mini dress hugged her curves, while showing off her long legs, but we were honestly a bit surprised that she didn’t flash any cleavage!
That’s her go-to!
Though in this case, less is more, especially considering Tara already had satin nude heels to accent her vibrant look.
