We don’t know how we feel about this ….
Taylor Armstrong has just landed a book deal where she will write about domestic violence and her own experiences with abuse. The worst part though is that she plans on including personal photos of her own battered face that were allegedly caused by her husband Russell Armstrong.
She’s apparently kept photographic evidence documenting the abuse she allegedly endured by him during their marriage and she’s hoping that the photos will boost sales since she’s been left broke after his suicide last month.
An insider says:
“Taylor├óΓé¼Γäós acting like she├óΓé¼Γäós not trying to bank off Russell├óΓé¼Γäós suicide, but by including photos of her injuries after he allegedly beat her, that├óΓé¼Γäós exactly what she├óΓé¼Γäóll be doing. It├óΓé¼Γäós no secret that Taylor├óΓé¼Γäós been strapped for cash since Russell died, and since she hasn├óΓé¼Γäót received the advance on her book yet, a few of the Housewives have been helping her out financially.
Taylor is hoping to have the book out by the end of November, just in time for the holiday sales.”
This just seems like all kinds of wrong to us. We’d understand if Taylor wants to write a memoir about her abuse growing up and as an adult, but to profit off of personal photographs just seems like a terrible idea. We’ve been really supportive of her struggle and grief up until this point, but we really can’t stand behind this. If this project really is coming together, we hope she reconsiders including those pictures – for her daughters sake.
