The drama between Rachael Zoe and Brad Goreski may not “exist“, but that’s not the case with Taylor Jacobson.
At Wednesday night’s Oxygen Upfront event in New York City, Tay said she hopes her upcoming reality show LA Style will prove she’s more than the snappy assistant from The Rachel Zoe Project.
She explains:
“[My new show] portrays a younger generation of stylists, in different genres of styling. It├óΓé¼Γäós the making of a music video; editorials├óΓé¼ΓÇ£it├óΓé¼Γäós not just straight up red carpet, like a couture dress with Neil Lane jewelry. [I see it as an] opportunity to clear my name and kind of break off from [Rachel]. I want to show how I├óΓé¼Γäóm a stylist, and be known for being a stylist.├óΓé¼┬¥
Neil Lane? Younger generation?!! – is it us, or was that definitely a not so subtle dig at her former boss?!!
When asked if she’s sorted out her beef with Rach, Taylor didn’t say much but her quick reply spoke volumes:
├óΓé¼┼ôNo. [But Brad and I]…we├óΓé¼Γäóre friends. We support each other. I think he├óΓé¼Γäós super talented and I wish him the best of luck.├óΓé¼┬¥
We never ever though those two to be pals, but hey, strange things have happened.
