How Taylor Swift Feels About Travis Kelce's Trump Comment

So, how does Taylor Swift feel about her boyfriend’s comments on Donald Trump??

Some fans were shocked to hear Travis Kelce say it’s “a great honor” for the POTUS to come watch him play in Super Bowl LIX. This is the same man who declared “I hate Taylor Swift” during the election cycle. For endorsing his opponent. What a baby. And Trav is “excited” for him to attend the game??

But, according to a source for DailyMail.com, T-Swizzle isn’t mad about Trav’s comments. Why? The same reason we told you. The insider explained once again this was not the Kansas City Chiefs athlete supporting Trump — so she’s got no reason to be upset:

“Taylor is not angry at Travis for what he said. Although Travis’s quote was taken as he supports Trump, this is not what Travis said at all.”

The source further explained:

“He never actually even said the word Trump. Travis was speaking on behalf of his entire team and all of his fans when he said it is an honor to have the President of the United States at the game and he would have said the same thing regardless of who the president was.”

Again, this is something he’s said before. He has respect for the White House and the office of the President. Should he set that aside considering who’s occupying it right now? Yeah, definitely.

But Tay isn’t taking him to task for it either. The Shake It Off singer is just happy to be her man’s “biggest cheerleader”:

“So no, there is no fight, no argument and no blowout over this. Taylor is just so proud of Travis and cannot wait to be there to support him. Cheering him on has become so exciting for her. Taylor is Travis’s biggest cheerleader.”
