Taylor Swift Isn't Afraid To Show Raw Emotion To Fans Because "Things Are Not Okay All The Time!"

And that because she’s never shied away from sharing her painful struggles of the heart with the public!
In a new interview, Tay explained her musical honesty is something she’ll never fear, and things aren’t always peachy keen as they may seem:

“I think that allowing yourself to feel raw, real emotions in public is something I am never going to be afraid to do. Hopefully that’s the case, if I can remain a real human. I’m fine with being honest with my fans about the fact that it’s okay that everything isn’t okay all the time. I love my life, I love my career, I love my friends—but things are not okay all the time. So I don’t sing about things being okay all the time.”

Many of her tracks that deal with heartache and love lost have been some of the biggest hits—and although she never talks about who the jams actually correspond to, we know it has to be a cathartic and difficult process for her!
