Do Taylor Swift and Lorne Michaels have Bad Blood?
On Friday, Vulture reported that all the way back in 2015, the Blank Space singer personally asked the Saturday Night Live creator to cut a sketch parodying one of her music videos… But he refused! The outlet claimed the disagreement happened over Taylor’s girl squad-powered Bad Blood video — one that he intended to reimagine as an apocalyptic cult. See hers (below):
He reportedly reached out to her team requesting she make a surprise cameo in the sketch — but she was FIRMLY against it. According to the outlet, the pop star responded to Lorne personally with a phone call denying his request and urging him to axe the sketch altogether.
Damn!
According to the outlet, he heard her out but ultimately decided he’d go full steam ahead, allegedly telling her:
“Taylor, I do not negotiate with terrorists.”
YEESH! LOLz! We bet it’s not often Tay Tay is denied!

The sketch ultimately starred Amy Poehler and Tina Fey and featured cameos from Amy Schumer, Gayle King, and Robert Downey Sr. — their “Dope Squad.” You can watch it (below):
And after it aired, Taylor apparently sent a package to his office… A bouquet of flowers with a card that read:
“I hope there’s no Bad Blood.”
