Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce's Madison Square Garden Wedding Likely Cost HOW MUCH?! Get The Breakdown HERE!

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce shelled out a loooooot of money to bring their dream wedding to life!

Days after the couple said I do, Esther Lee, the editorial director at The Knot Worldwide, gave a breakdown to Page Six about how much they most likely spent to transform a massive space like Madison Square Garden into an intimate wedding venue — and the numbers will make everyone’s jaws drop! Are U sitting down??

Esther predicted the entire celebration cost $30 million or more, with roughly $5 million alone being spent on florals and decor! Damn!

She explained:

“While the average American wedding sits at $34,000, according to The Knot Real Weddings Study, this production would’ve operated on a completely different scale.”

Yeah, no kidding!

Securing the iconic Midtown Manhattan arena for the wedding — which includes several days for loading in and out the decor and more, along with the infrastructure to change the venue — would have cost Taylor and Travis between $5 and $10 million, according to Esther.

Speaking of the decor, she said:

“We estimate the decor and florals to be, at minimum, $5 million. Not to forget that custom draping and carpet installation had to transform the space entirely.”

When it came to catering, service, and guest logistics for around 1,100 guests, Esther feels Taylor and Travis paid between $2.5 and $3 million. Yowz!!!

The bridal attire, menswear, and entertainment likely had an additional $2 million price tag. And let’s not forget! The newlyweds had very expensive gifts for their guests, including candle sets inspired by their favorite scents, personalized “T&T” branding, carnival-themed games, and prizes they raffled off — including a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, a Chanel or Dior saddle bag, a golf bag, and Cartier watches. All of it went to the final bill, too!

So, with all that in mind, Esther estimated the total “sits in the $20 million to $30+ million range, cementing it as a massive economic engine for the local NY economy and broader wedding industry at large.” And that is on top of the $26 million the lovebirds donated to charity in honor of their wedding! Wild! But I guess what else can you expect from a billionaire’s wedding?!

Esther went on to share that putting on such a large event like this one would have required months of coordination and planning sessions, especially when it came to security and privacy:

“The couple might’ve had four to six major ‘milestone’ consultations that included master presentations where they reviewed the blueprint, tasted catering options and approved the custom Dior sketches, not to mention fittings. For a high-profile celebrity wedding, privacy and logistics are more likely to dictate the first stages of planning. For Taylor and Travis, that meant finding an environment that allowed for total street closures and direct, private vehicle access, which is why Madison Square Garden was a prime choice for the couple on this momentous occasion.”

Once Taylor and Travis locked down the venue, date, and security plan, that is when they could focus on the fun stuff — the vision for the wedding:

“Top designers do not just pick a generic theme. Instead, they start with spatial design and figure out how to make a cavernous space feel intimate.”

Well, it sounds like Taylor and Travis did a spectacular job in putting an enjoyable wedding together! After all, many have defended the couple and raved about the celebration!
