Teddi Mellencamp is dating older!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed as much during the latest episode of her Two Ts in a Pod podcast, which she co-hosts with Tamra Judge. During their conversation, Teddi, who is currently battling Stage 4 cancer, teased her fling with an “older” man whom she tiptoed around naming:
“We’re going to call him Derek.”
OoOoOoooohhh… Derek!

Maintaining an air of mystery, the 44-year-old raved that her new man has been a “pretty good” source of positivity amid her cancer journey:
“He’s a relatively, like, positive and logical person in general.”
She went on to gush:
“The thing that I like the most about him is he makes me laugh.”
However, while things are relatively new as Teddi revealed they’ve only been on 10 dates, she opened up about the difficulties of making time for intimacy while juggling family matters:
“This is the part that’s so weird when you’re dating and you’re both parents, like, how are you ever supposed to get past first base? I have kids in my house. He has kids in his house. His kids are older and they live there all the time. My kids are little and they’re here all the time.”
Hilariously, Tamra questioned how the mystery dude’s grown children “don’t think daddy boinks people.” HA! But Teddi noted she isn’t in any rush — and hasn’t actually even brought the subject up:
“I’m taking it slow with him. Normally, that’s not been my path.”
Teddi shares daughter Slate, 13, son Cruz, 11, and daughter Dove, 6, with ex Edwin Arroyave, whom she split from in 2024 amid rumors of infidelity on her end.

Teddi was first diagnosed with Stage 2 melanoma in 2022, but last April, she shared it had progressed to Stage 4 after it metastasized to her brain. As of October, doctors found “no detectable cancer” after a series of treatments, but noted she was not in remission.
