As you know, Teen Mom 2‘s Chelsea Houska has been living on cloud nine as she just said “I do” to her new husband Cole DeBoer, with whom she’s expecting her second child (his first)!

Taking to Instagram over the weekend, the 25-year-old shared a sonogram of the little one, asking fans:
