Ignorance is not bliss.
As we reported last month, MTV cut ties with Teen Mom 2 star David Eason after he reportedly went on a homophobic Twitter rant where he said, “homo and transgender parents [should] start teaching their kids better morals,” among other derogatory comments.

On Wednesday, TMZ caught up with Eason and his wife Jenelle Evans, where he said that he doesn’t even know what “LGBT” means and that he doesn’t have any gay people in his life. So, therefore he’s allowed to not know about issues that affect the gay community.
No, that’s actually not how it works.
Further, he still claims to be employed by MTV, despite what the network has said.
